1. Agreeing to these terms

By using SURVYR. you agree to these terms, the disclaimer, the disclosures and the privacy notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18.

2. We are a publisher, not an adviser

SURVYR. publishes general research, rules-based model portfolios, market data and educational tools. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and nothing on the site is personalized investment, tax or legal advice or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Content is published to everyone at once and doesn't consider your finances, goals or risk tolerance. Decide for yourself, and consider a licensed professional, before you invest.

3. Models, backtests and hypothetical results

Model portfolios are hypothetical: no money is invested in them. Backtests apply today's rules to past data with hindsight, leave out fees, taxes, spreads and slippage, and miss companies that were later acquired or delisted (survivorship bias). Calculator and planning results are hypothetical illustrations built on the assumptions shown. Past and hypothetical results don't guarantee future results, and every investment can lose money, including principal.

4. Data

Prices, filings, news and other data come from third parties and public sources, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and are provided as is. Third-party data stays the property of its providers. Don't rely on the site for trading decisions that need real-time or verified data.

5. Accounts and security

Member accounts use one-time email sign-in links. Keep your email secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. One account per person. You can sign out of every device and download or delete your data at any time in Settings.

6. Community

Posting in the community means accepting the community rules, which ban bots and automated accounts, undisclosed AI-generated posts, impersonation, spam, promotion and pump-and-dump schemes, and more than one account per person. Posts are the views of their authors, not of SURVYR.. You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to display it on the site. We may hold, remove or limit content and accounts that break the rules.

7. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at scale, use bots or automated sign-ups, try to break, overload or probe it, get into other people's accounts, or resell or republish its content or data. Personal, non-commercial sharing of links and share cards is welcome. Report security issues as described in security.txt.

8. Ownership

The site's text, models, design, name and logo belong to SURVYR.. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify companies; showing them doesn't mean they endorse SURVYR..

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SURVYR. and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage, including investment losses, arising from using the site or relying on its content.

10. Changes

The site is in beta and changes often. We may change features or these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
